Is a lateral release included in a Fulkerson osteotomy? HE does the release arthroscopically then does the osteotomy open. OH, and is the Maquet the same as the Fulkerson?

Pt has patellar malalignment and instability.

the lateral release is codeable seperately per the CCI edits. Yes the Fulkerson is the same as the Marquet :)
