ostomy coding help

I am seeking some guidance. My boss is interested in hiring an RN to see ostomy patients in the office for ostomy markings, problems and care. I can not seem to find an actual code for these items. I am thinking it may fall under an e/m code. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
