Hello! I am from Texas and as of October 1st, Medicare released a new Local Coverage Determination for our area and under CPT codes 92507 the codes that are included are codes such as Neoplasms, Dementia ETC. However, some codes that are included are F80.0-F80.89 which I was under the impression that are pediatric codes. Is this true? We are concerned that we will not be able to see our Medicare clients for and voice disorders as these codes have been excluded from the most recent LCD.

Speech group therapy coding question

Great morning,

If an SLP (out pt facility) performs group speech therapy along with 92506 what codes do we need to use? any time restriction? mods need to be added?

I work for a out patient facility located in AZ, we provide ABA therapy and speech services.
