Hello, all. I'm hoping someone can assist as the only thing I can come up with is an unlisted code. Any insight would be appreciated.....

Preoperative Diagnosis:
Rectal bleeding

Postoperative Diagnosis:
Anorectal ulceration

Description:
The patient was seen at bedside with bleeding from the rectum. We decompressed the rectal vault, suctioning out the rectal vault and then on closer examination, there was an ulceration at 6 o'clock to 7 o'clock, which we oversewed with an 0 vicryl adn 2 separate sutures. There was clear bleeding from this area. There are no other significant ulcerations noted. The patient tolerated the procedure well.
