Wiki Patients with both RPM and CCM

Our practice is using a new third party biller for RPM and CCM. For patient's enrolled in both programs, I've seen CCM notes stating
"16 days of RPM not collected, rolling all RPM time to this month's CCM time total."

Is this a correct practice?

I realize both care plans may include the same diagnosis codes, and they are not billing the RPM portion (so no double counting of the time), but it doesn't seem right to me to use time allotted for RPM towards the CCM total.

Does anyone have experience with this?
Any reference materials would be greatly appreciated. TYSM
