We have Pediatric Ophthalmologist who follow children that were premature infants and are at risk of developing retinopathy. We are currently using the diagnosis codes of v13.7 of prenatal problems and also v21.30 through v21.35if we may know the specific birth weights. Also a screening code of V80.2 is used. Just curious if anyone knows of a better way report this. Many thanks for the help!!
