Wiki Penetrating Keratoplasty w/Cataract Extraction

Doctor did a cornea transplant for a patient with a failed cornea transplant and did a cataract extraction at the same op session.

He removed the old graft then did the cataract extraction, inserted the IOL and then placed the new graft.

Since the catarct surgery was completed prior to the placement of the graft would this be penetrating keratoplasty in pseudophakia, 65755?

Opinions would be welcome.
