Wiki Pennsylvania/Tetanus shot 90718

HELP!! My company has recently opened locations in Pennsylvania. I am having trouble getting tetatnus shots paid. Maryland requires the AT modifier when appropriate. Virginia does not. How should I be billing the tetanus shots for Pennsylvania? I don't think it is only Medicare denying them.

We've been instructed to use 90714 but I am trying to find more on this. There is an article from Highmark that they do want 90714 that might help you. https://prc.highmark.com/rscprc/hbcbs/pub
