HELP!! My company has recently opened locations in Pennsylvania. I am having trouble getting tetatnus shots paid. Maryland requires the AT modifier when appropriate. Virginia does not. How should I be billing the tetanus shots for Pennsylvania? I don't think it is only Medicare denying them.
