Can someone give me a CPT code for Pentacel?
 
I had to look up this code. And because this is not an area I frequently review/code- I looked a little further. I found a simple web site which helped me put it all together. http://www.vaccineplace.com/docs/PENTACEL230608ENFINAL.pdf; Reading an article on the issue helps me to remember. Now that I know what it includes, I was able to go to the immunization section of CPT and be able to locate it myself.
