Can you guys please share the CPT codes your offices use for pelvic floor therapy? We use 91122, 51784 and 97750. We keep getting feedback from BCBS and UHC stating "providers should only bill the appropriate biofeedback code for these combined servies. Of note, there is more appropriate comprehensive code for the combined services."
 
I am having the same problem! UHC Medicare Advantage seems to favor NCD 30.1.1 which favors the use of CPT codes 90901, 90912 or +90913. I'm reaching out to UHC for clarification (if they care to be of help), but so far that is what I've been getting back. Florida has an LCD for biofeedback I think. If you have found one by this time, great! Would you happen to have stumbled on an LCD for NY (Downstate)? I can't seem to find one.
