It is helpful if you tell us not only the CPT codes and modifiers, but the dx codes, AND the denial codes. The insurance name would be helpful as well.
Hi Sharon the Insurance name is United health care but basically, most of the insurance keep denied these two cades maybe the modifier is incorrect
