Does anyone have a list of CPT codes by payors in NY that are allowed to be billed? A cheat sheet so to speak.

My office has just taken on PT billing and I am told that only certain codes are allowed for certain payors.

Read your coding guidelines... For encounters for rehab you must use a V57 code first listed followed by the reason for rehab, such as pain or stiffness or atrophy not osteoarthritis or fracture.
