Does anyone know where I can find LMRP Edits specifically for what place of services are allowed on certain CPT codes. The provider I bill for sees patients in their home, snf, and other facilities.
I have been seeing LMRP edit errors for procedures saying "Procedure should not be billed in Home Place of Service", but I haven't been able to find more detailed information on CMS website or google.
Some of the codes that I have seen this on are 17250 and 11403. I'm not sure if the provider is coding incorrectly or if this is legitimately something that cannot be done at POS-Home.
