Does anyone have offsite facility offices they bill for? If so, would we have to bill as the facility even though it is in a professional office building at the hospital? We would like to be able to bill as a POS 11.

Please just let me know.

As long as your incur the expense of the renting/leasing/owning the office, see and treat patients in that location, bill doctor's office for the place of service. It doesn't matter that the office's location is physically located in the hospital.
