Tenolysis of flexor digitorum profundus and superficialis right ring finger ..

I am thinking this should be 26445 twice ( ?? )
But even IF that is right - do I use a 59 modifier ? or only the f8 modifier ...

Im really confused on this one !

Also the dx code for Flexon tendon adhesions would be 727.89?

make sure your documentation fully supports two tendons, then you would use the 26445 twice, you will need to append the -59.

727.89 looks good.
