Wiki please help with patellar ossicle excision!

Doc splits the patellar tendon and then uses the ronguer to excise the ossicle. wax was placed on the distal aspect of the patella from which the ossicle had been excised. Then tendon then was repaired with suture and buried. I am stumped by this case. Should I be looking at 27360, 27355 or something totally different? And I also need help with the icd-10 code. Would this be coded as a spur or perhaps a major osseus defect? Thanks for any help you can give!
