Hello,
Does anyone happen to know what CPT codes(s) we would bill when using this new machine for removing polyps in the clinic setting? It's a vacuum tool that removes polyps and can also be used for debridement. No scope is utilized and I'm not sure if CPT codes 30110/30115 are appropriate.
