POS for 93298 and G2066 for Medicare in NY

Good day,

I have been receiving denials from Medicare for POS for cardiac remote monitoring. The CPT codes I usually use are 93298 and G2066 with a POS of 11. They have paid in the past. I have tried to reach a representative in Medicare, but no luck. Is anyone else having the same issue?
