Need Help with CPT code for this procedure: Debridement and tubulariztion of posterior tibial tendon of ankle

Procedure Note: The patient was brought into operative theater and placed in supine position. She was given general anesthesia and ancef intravenously. Left ankle was prepped and drped. Lanmarks were marked out and then an incision was made over posterior tibial tendon, from its insertion proximally to just posterior to medial malleolus. Dissection was carried down. The sheath was incised. Hemostatis was achieved with electrocautery, Minimal bleeding. Irrigated throught case with Betadine soaked solution. Tendon identified and it was shredded. The shredded portion removed leaving good tendon remaining and this was tubularized with #1 Vicryl in the usual manner. Really good tendon remaining all the way from its insertion up to normal tendon just posterior to malleolus. Irrigated once again copiously and the sheath was re-approximated with Vicryl, subcutaneous and skin with nylon. It was dressed and wrapped and placed in a posterior splint. There were no complications.

Looking at 28328 ???

Anxious to hear,
Carol
