Are 3210F and other codes only for Medicare or should they be submitted to all insurances? Sorry for my ignorance.:o
 
Only medicare. Report for Medicare primary and secondary claims. You can call the medicare help desk and they will promptly answer any questions you have about PQRS. The number is listed on the medicare PQRS webpage.
