Hello coders! Can anyone confirm if an E/M code is needed when a patient is coming in for a pregnancy test and if so, what code will that be. This will be for commercial and Medicaid payors.

You can also search in this Forum. There is lots of excellent information on this topic, just use different words when searching. Confirmation of Pregnancy is one of them that was discussed extensively at this forum. :)
