Wiki Prenatal visit with Normal Labor

If a patient comes into a clinic for a labor check because the patient's chief complaint is that she is having irregular contractions and the provider indicates that she is in normal active labor, how can this visit be coded? The provider referred her to be admitted from there.

Since Medicaid in CT unbundles the maternity package, I have to bill this visit separately and I am not sure what diagnosis code to use since all the ones related to labor specify an abnormality.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
