Provider Billing for Gastic Lap Band as Implant

I work for an insurance company as a coder and I have a provider attempting to bill for a lap band. We have already paid for the procedure, but we reimburse them for implants. They have to bill a HCPCS code in order to recieve payment, but I can't seem to find a code that would be allowable. Please Help!
