Hello,
As of December, 2016, Provider Partners Health Plan entered several Maryland Counties as a Medicare Advantage plan. To date, our credentialing specialist has not had any luck with getting our providers credentialed with this plan. We have been dealing with two reps, one was supposed to be getting authorizations to cover services for out of network providers and the other is supposed to be working on getting the providers credentialed with the plan. Neither of these reps have been able to give us any updates as to where we are in the process. Is anybody familiar with this plan or have any suggestions with how we should move forward?
