Our doctor has been using the 96999 (unlisted) codes for the psoriasis and vitiligo. What CPT codes can be utilized, can we use the 96920, 96921 or 96922 for these patients or is the 96999 considered appropriate? Thank you
 
Not sure what he is billing for? What treatment are you doing for psoraisis and vitiligo? Laser treatments? Phototherapy? PUVA?
