We have an ortho who saw 1 patient for 2 seperate injuries on the same day and provided treatment for both injuries different diagnosis and has 2 different referrals both authorizing office visits.

Can you bill for 2 office visits within the same day but different diagnosis?

Only if one is a work comp injury-then the Dr would need to bill each seperately and dictate 2 E/M visits. If work comp is not involved then you can charge one E/M and both injections using 59 modifier on 2nd inj. Be sure and use 25 modifier on the E/M. If the pt came in for the injections alone you would not charge an E/M for commercial claim or work comp.
