We are an OBGYN office and my doctor was consulted for a patient that thinks she feels a baby move. Pt is status hysterectomy and bil salpingo-oophorectomy.

Anyone know a diagnosis code I can use for this????

While a psych dx is probably most appropriate if they didn't give you one you could always go with V65.5 Person with feared complaint in whom no diagnosis was made.
