We are a CLIA accredited lab. Do we still need to use the QW modifier on CLIA waved tests on our claims. Codes in question are Influenza A&B 87502 and Covid 87635. It was my understanding from years ago that since we are CIA accredited we do not use this modifier. But, when these CPT codes are discussed the QW modifier is mentioned. Thanks
