Does anyone have knowledge around correct coding for billing 3D 77412 radiation therapy treatment with 77387-PO (Imagine Guidance Radiation Therapy) with place of service 22? Per HCPCS Modifiers I am interpreting PO as mod for off campus outpatient modifier. However, the POS 22 is for on campus outpatient. This claim paid all cpt codes except 77387-PO. Thank you for your help.
