I have been looking for 2 days and can't find anything to match this description. Any advise is welme.

"They state they are inserting a guidewire into the rectum and advancing a rectal stent along the guide wire then injecting contrast (fluoro). They are currently charging fluoro time up to 1 hour and a KUB xray."

Please help!!!
 
I did check into that code, however that is endoscopically, they are not using a scope. Unfortunately, the billing department is asking this of me and so I have no documentation to review. Thanks for the suggestion.
