Reduction of Nasal Turbinates CPT 2010

I was wondering if anyone has had a chance to look at the 2010 CPT yet.
In the 2009 CPT there is a note stating to use 30140-52 for reduction of the nasal turbinates, the instructional notes have been removed from the 2010 CPT, but as far as I have seen I haven't seen a code that has been added for the reduction. I would love to here from other coders on this one, and any ideas on which code to use for 2010 for the reduction.
