Wiki Reimburse for cast supplies?

Our doc did a Spica casting and used our own supplies, not the hospital's supplies to apply the cast. I know that if the supplies are provided by us they are reimbursable, not part of the 1st casting. But I'm sure the payer will deny this as global when I submit. The only way I can think to get reimbursement is if the doc states in his notes that he used our supplies and then drop the claim to paper and submit with the notes. Does anyone have other thoughts on this though? :confused:
