Hi--
I have a question regarding removal and replacement of screws. Patient had surgery, open tx of bimalleolar ankle 27814, three months ago. Recently the doctor removed the screws and replaced them w/ shorter screws. Our doc did both surgeries-- any ideas how to bill the second one?? Thanks!!
