Using a microscope (92504) is there any additional code that you would use to implement the removal of fungus, other then the diagnosis code? I didn't know if the fungus would be determined as a foreign body to code out 69200?

While the fungus is foreign to the body in that location, in my opinion, it is not a foreign body/object that is easily removed since the fungus is growing on the body...not sure what is best to describe this removal.
