Without a Fx code,-- deeply lacerated open wound, there was a repair of the muscle fascia and I&D for metallic debris. Wondering if only the 13121 code would be allowed, cuz it includes the I&D, or could I code the 25260 & the 11043?

I would do the 25260 w/ 11043 ( check cci edits to make sure its okay), or consider 20103 rather than the 11043 depending on documentation (food for thought).

Oh my gosh, thank you so much for your help...I did not even think about the 20103, sometimes we just get our mind set in 1 path and have a hard time thinking outside of that...20103 fits perfectly...Thanks again for your help
