If our provider provides care to a client in a Residentrial Treatment Facility Place of service 55, what CPT codes would we use for his/her services? I am torn between two sets of codes Nursing Facility Services 99304-99318 and the Domiciliary, Rest Home, or Custodial Care Services 99327-99337. Does anyone have more information as to which set of codes would be used?
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. :):)
