Wiki retained armstrong tubes

Hello All,
I have a question what to use for a dx of retained armstrong tubes.
Patient is having 69610 done and had tubes put in 2005....
996.59? The office uses 381.81.

we use 385.83...always have...never have any problem with that diagnosis

If reason for surgery is removal of the tubes,
I use V58.49 (Aftercare following other surgery)
