Could you please help me to code the below documentation...

"posterior portal of shoulder done.introduction of scope examination of joint done.there is partial tear of rotator cuff which treated by shaving and debridement via anterior portal by shaver and radiofrequency.introduction of scope in subacromial space and decompression of space done and debridement of partial tear of rotator cuff.closure and injection of diprofos"


29827 or 26826 or both ????

Just based off of what info I do have, I do not see a Repair of the rotator cuff, code 29827, just a debridement. I would probably go with 29826 and 29822-59.
 
If there was no acromioplasty done of the subacromial space - How would you defend using the 29826 without a 52 modifier.

29826-52
29822-59
