RPM Date of Service

My manager and I are getting some conflicting information on what date of service we should be using for CPT codes 99454 and 99445. The RPM company that we are using and our corporate office says that it should be the first date of the rolling 30-day period but the limited information online looks to say that it is the last day of that period. Does anyone have any experience or information on this? Thanks in advance.

We have been doing RPM for several years. We have always used the last day of the month, except for Jan, Feb & March. Since February is a short month, we adjust dates a little bit so we stay in the 30-day period.
January readings = Jan 1-30 with DOS 1/30
February readings = Jan 31 - Mar 1 with DOS 03/01
March readings = March 2-31 with DOS 03/31
Hope this helps.
