I know there are RVU's for all cpt codes.
Is there an RVu for Asst Surgeons? For instance cpt47562 has an RVU, is there one for 47562-80?
Thank you

I've never seen RVU's set for asst's. We just go by what each payer allows for asst's...ex. Medicare allows 16% for asst., and if the asst is a PA or NP, they get 85% of the 16%. That's the only one I know right off, but each payer should have guidelines of a certain percentage based on the primary surgeon's allowance.

Hope this helps
