If a physician documents patient given ibuprofen for the visit. Here I need to select as OTC drug or Rx drug management in risk table.

Hi Skumara
If provider give medication you can use as last diagnosis code differ Z dx codes support documentation. The dx block Z51..med mgnt, Z76.0 prescription refill and look at block Z79 has list of differ meds if pt treated long term. Insulin with dx Diabe Mell. E11 block add dx Z79.4 insulin or Z79.8 or oral pills
