Patient has previously undergone an ACL revision. The scar is not healing so the doc is going to revise her scar.

Look at 13160. That is the code I use for scar revisions.

Scar revisions for the knee typically fall into the 13120-13122 code series. I personally would not use 13160 unless there is documentation to support that this wound has opened and that this is a secondary closure.
