Wiki screening code for UA?

Pt presents and asks provider to do UA. Provider states: No dysuria, but she wants to check "just in case," and he orders the test.

Can you suggest a diagnosis code for the lab test? I have no symptoms, and I don't know of a screening code for UTI or similar.

I'd question the Medical necessity for a lab test for an asymptomatic patient, just because the patient wants one.
