What are the appropriate code(s) to report a screening mammography of a woman who has breast implants for cosmetic reasons?

There is no specific combination code for screening mammogram and Breast implants
We can code both codes Z12.31 for Screening Mammogram and Z98.82 for Breast implant status.

There aren't CPT codes specific to screening mammograms on women with breast implants for cosmetic reasons. You will use either G0202 or 77057 depending on the payer preference and the ICD-10 diagnoses Z12.31 and Z98.82 as stated previously by rbandaru.
