Hello, I am trying to figure out a diagnosis code that would fit the following: pain on the genital, 6yo female patient developed pain on her genital, when mother looked--she found a hair, tried to remove it unsuccessfully. Hair tourniquet over the clitoral hood.

All of the possible choices include menstrual cycle. The patient is 6 and this does not apply.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you look up hair tourniquet, you are directed to constriction, external, by site which leads to external constriction of the clitoris and directs to S30.844A External constriction of vagina and vulva, initial encounter. R10.2 describes pain in the perineum.
