Tina....can you be a bit more specific with regards to your question. Completing an HPI and ROS for Heme/Onc patients should be no different to any other HPI and ROS.
What exactly do you want to know?
Thank you for your response. One example of this is that disorders of the blood can not count toward a location in the HPI. Do you know of any other situations similar to this one that would help me understand te difference?
 
You are correct in saying that blood cannot be used as a location but it doesn't matter if you don't have location as one of the HPI elements; it is not mandatory. You have 7 more HPI elements to choose from.
