Hello all,
From the ASC side could you bill 20610 w/ 23700? This patient is under general/ and interscalene patch.
I don't see bundling issues but would this be considered inclusive w/ the procedure?

Personally I tend not to award it, if I were ever dinged on it, I would pull the incidental card. Per Medicare we cant use it for the knees, so why should I give it to them for the shoulders.

Keep in mind this is strictly my take on this, I have not seen any guidelines that state its right or wrong though.
