hello--
We don't do much shouder surgeries.. so this may seem simple
Doctor did repair of glenoid labrum by scope and then did an an open acromioplasty and rtc repair.. can I use the 29822 with 23130 and 23412.

Thanks for any help
 
you can, but make absolutely certain that your documentation is going to support the use of the 59 modifier which will be needed.
