Wiki Shoulder surgery question

HI there, hoping for some help with this surgery.
Dr. preformed a Scope RCR 29827,
Decomp, 29826,
mumford 29824,
posterior and anterior capsular release 29806,
open bicep tenodesis 23430
he also didi a Arthroscopic removal of prominet hardware (Sutures) and a Arthroscopic rotator interval release

The op report states: With the sutures removed the rotator interval was released with the shaver and Bovie???
Any help would be appreciated

the rotator interval would more than likely be inclusive of the RCR that was performed as well as the removal of sutures, he probably had to remove the sutures in order to do the repair.
